77 VIOLATIONS

 An inspector with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation was here on 9/10/08. The inspector found 46 CRITICAL VIOLATIONS and 31 non-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS. Just about all the food was “OUT OF TEMPERATURE”… Those are serious violations because dangerous bacteria can grow on food that isn’t being held at proper temperatures. Below is a copy of the actual inspection. The cook on duty said the cooler was broken on the day the inspector showed up. Strange how he says that was the ONLY day the cooler was broken.

 COOK;This day, the cooler was not working, the people came and repaired it you know?”

WEINSIER;SO THE COOLER WASN’T WORKING?

COOK; “Yes.”

WEINSIER;AND HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE THAT WASN’T THE COOLER WORKING?”

COOK; “Just that one day.”

WEINSIER; ”SO THE ONE DAY THE INSPECTOR CAME, THAT WAS THE ONLY DAY THE COOLER WAS BROKEN? THAT’S A STRANGE COINCIDENCE.”

COOK; “Yes.”
