“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 9 moist rodent droppings on floor under and around shelving near the entry door. Also observed a set rat trap under the shelf.”

 

“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 7 moist rodent droppings under bag in the box soda rack and on the floor around bagged takeout containers downstairs in rear of the establishment.”

 

“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found.Observed 3 moist droppings on floor near and under the deep fat fryers.”

 

“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found. observed 15 to 20 moist droppings under and behind the flip top reachin cooler opposite the grill & stove.”

 

“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 5 dry droppings in corner on floor behind reach drink cooler in front of store.”

 

“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed at least 50 moist and dry droppings around the water filtration system behind the front counter.”
