Critical. Observed uncovered food in holding unit/dry storage area.

Critical. Observed employee handle raw beef and raw calamari at the same time without washing and sanitizing cutting board after each use.

Critical. Observed bare hand contact of ready-to-eat food by employees and establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure in effect. Observed employee garnish dishes with bare hands.

Critical. Observed handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing.

Critical. Hand wash sink lacking proper hand drying provisions.

Critical. Handwashing cleanser lacking at handwashing lavatory.

Critical. Observed roach activity as evidenced by live roaches found 10 + ROACHES IN RICH IN COOLER GASKETS AND 10 + IN KITCHEN WALL BY HAND SINK

Floors not maintained smooth and durable. MISSING FLOR TILES

Observed grease accumulated under cooking equipment

Observed hole in wall.

Lights missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers.

Observed personal care item stored with food.

Critical. Manager lacking proof of Food Manager Certification.

Critical. No proof of required employee training provided. All public food service establishments must provide the division with proof of employee training upon request, including, but not limited to, at the time of any division inspection of the establishment.

  1. i wouldnt like to eat at a place like that dont want happen i use to eat there includeing the one on flager at 42 ave and flager st and i never found it to be like that i hope they turn around if they look to stay in business the food is good just now with what they got cited with
