“Critical. Observed raw sewage in kitchen by  dish machine cook line.Fecal matter on ground/floor by cook line and dishwasher- This violation must be corrected by : 08/31/10.”

The Beach Cafe is located in the Lauderdale by the Sea Resort and Beach Club. The cook(BELOW) told us he knew nothing about the violations!

As we were shooting video of the hotel the man below approached and threatened lawsuit.

“I wanted to let you know there was NO raw sewage back there.'” He said.

“There was a misquote and there will be a lawsuit filed against you and the health department.” He added.

We checked with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and a Spokesperson told us the information on the inspection is accurate.
