  1. There’s absolutely no excuse for these restaurants to have all these roaches and rodent droppings all over the place during business hours! Get a broom, people! Clean up the place before you start preparing food!

    As for the live roaches – your exterminator sucks – get a new one. Cutting back on pest control not only costs a restaurant money in fines and loss of income of the day of closure, but also loss of income due to damaged reputation. Don’t be penny-wise and pound-foolish!
