The places below were ordered shut by an Inspector with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation last week.

“Critical. Observed roach activity as evidenced by live roaches found IN THE KITCHEN 30 + 10 UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND 20 IN THE WALL NEXT TO THE ICE MACHINE.”

“Critical. Observed food stored on floor.”

“Critical. Observed interior of microwave soiled.”

“Critical. Observed encrusted material on can opener.”

“Critical. Observed handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. STORAGE OF BOXES INSIDE AND ON TOP OF IT.”

“Critical. Observed roach activity as evidenced by 50+ live roaches found in the kitchen above hand wash sink behind wall mounted shelve. 4+ live roaches found in oven located in the kitchen.”

“Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by 15+ dried rodent droppings found in the rear prep room , 20 feet away from the kitchen.”
